Research Practice Partnership

Leadership Public Schools (LPS) is a network of three high-performing urban charter high schools that accelerate the achievement of students entering high school significantly below grade level, preparing them for success in college, career and community leadership.

MenloEDU collaborated with LPS on their implementation of the OER Illustrative Math curriculum. Through the development of inquiry cycles and a research practice partnership, MenloEDU and LPS are focusing on aligning values across the district, cultivating a student-centered learning culture, and developing students’ agency, confidence, and identity within mathematics classrooms.
